Extremely rude staff, from the customer service lead all the way to the junior cashiers. Was shouted at to “just stand in the back” to collect my JL parcel as soon as I entered the door like I worked here. Appalling. Waitrose please fix this.

Surprisingly poor customer service when picking up some lunch. Huel drink mislabelled as part of the meal deal and was greeted with an irate assistant rather than an apology for the mistake. Not what I'd expect from Waitrose.
