Very happy with my experience at Specsavers New Malden.Staff members were all friendly and professional, in particular Bhavisha Patel (Optometrist and Ophthalmic Director) who carried out a comprehensive set of eye examinations and explained her findings in a clear and relatable manner.

Very professional I had a more advanced check like an MRI as I am diabetic which was excellent value at £10 and a better report than just a retina therapy photo that you have done yearly on the NHSIt was more detailed and Bhavisha was excellent at explaining the findings which in my case were good so that was a weight...
