I wish I could give zero star, at 17:19 I wanted to post something and they just say come tomorrow because we gonna close now. They should change the time at least .\\nPregnant and with a baby crying need to do the way again.\\nI never will go in this post office again. Very un professional.

Rude!! So rude. Also, please note the opening times do not reflect the time that all services counters are open. For DVLA or HM Passport services are random.. only operating one hour after opening until one hour before closing from my experience but no clarity is provided

Very bad branch, One parcel was send through New Malden Post Office via recorded 1st class. Never been delivered. So I send the parcel AGAIN via Track24 still at New Malden Post office in the morning on Monday. It's supposed to be delivered the next working day.
