It's ok.. It looks like a franchise so you get the benefit of them selling other products like Ben and Jerry's but the downside is you can't collect points and service is... Ok. But they do say you can hold onto the recipts and go to another Costa to get the points added on.

Nice coffee, friendly service. Two people came in not wearing masks. Staff didn't say anything. Let's hope they are not covid positive.
