Terrible shop. One cashier, if at all. Serve yourself. Depressing atmosphere. Always queues. Ask if they can open another till...reply..there's no one to put there. So, why couldn't this " boss" do it? She expects people to queue and serve themselves, saving the wages on another person's job.
