This has been my post office for years but fortunately It's become absolutely horrible Overcramped Some route staff some lovely stuff but But unfortunately the negative Outways the positive

The worst post office. This is my local post office and so we have used probably once a week as we post a lot of packages. The two female staff are unhelpful and rude consistently. Avoid at all costs. The staff should be trained on how to work with other people.

Disgusting, atrocious behaviour. I’m quite shocked that these individuals are representing Royal Mail- they are rude, lack basic customer service skills (need training), seems to not enjoy their Roles and take it out on the poor customers. It is a horrid establishment. I will not go there again.
