Went 20 mins out of my way to return something to Wickes thanks to Google showing this option. No returns of products allowed here

If you're considering it, please spare yourself the Wickes experience. We had a bathroom ordered in this store and installed by Wickes in December 2021. I only walked past it as I do most days. It's a kitchen design shop not a retail outlet. Bespoke kitchens and bathrooms but I expect you could go to a full sized Wickes like the one in Cricklewood and get the same service. More I can't say.
