Absolute Joke. Tracked delivery to the wrong address nearly 30 houses away, picture clearly shows the wrong address and the GPS location does as well. The post man didn’t scan the parcels when collecting, and Royal Mail office didn’t open. So we lost like 10 parcels, which were supposed for other courier. We left the note that it was for Transglobal and still he collected them. It happened a few times and it cost us a lot
