Today I witnessed a worker cross-contaminate vegetarian food with meat by using the same tongs on both multiple times. Gross and disgusting.

been here twice and both have given me the wrong order, honestly concerning for someone else with allergy issues. asked for a steak beak and they gave me a chicken one, went back asking for an iced pumpkin spice latte and they asked if i wanted cream i said yes, i got a hot one with no cream or pumpkin spice.

Workers don’t know their arm from their elbow, I asked a simple question if the food was warm and he proceeded to get the wrong food and I corrected him and he still didn’t understand. And the food was cold in the end.
