One of the worst depot's, customer service is awful and they make you feel like an idiot. The guy wouldn't even check the computer even though I had the tracking. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

I've not had ANY post since before Christmas 2023 and I was expecting some important cards. Also, when we used to get post in my small block of flats, the mail "person" just chucked it all on the bottom step on the ground floor for all flat owners to root around in, to try to find their mail!
