I went to the Surgery this morning even though I had no appointment to show them my BP readings over the weeks and asked to give the readings to the pharmacist. Booked an appointment at 7:59am and I was second in the que. Was told it was booked for 9-10 then got a call at 9:50 saying they cancelled it due to logistical error. How dare you decide if my appointment was worthy and choose to prioritise others. I was entitled to the appointment I booked!! Disgusting
