Very poor show for a Co-op. Hardly any cold drinks, empty shelves, no visible staff, so glad I don’t live in this area!!

I went to this shop and bought a gift card when I tried redeem it it didn’t work when I went back to the shop to ask why they told me they won’t help and to get out and this was said and done by the manager in a very disrespectful way. Disgraceful customer service
