If I could post a minus rating I would do, I understand the actual situation with the covid but there is a limit , they could have two people behind the counter instead they have only one for a short time and now they decided to open the counters only 3 days a week , the waiting time is between 30 minutes to 2 hours depend... read full comment

Very rude and bad customer service. Counter open only from 10am to 1.45pm. ONLY 1 MACHINE available x deposit, Bill's etc....2 cash point outside with no deposit facilities. 2/3 members of staff standing there doing nothing.\\nNon stop queuing daily ....how long is going to take for Barclays to address the issues?

the staff were unhelpful. i waste my 50min just because of my appointment in which they did not help me just asked to sit and wait for there mood to work.
