This is my favourite post office in the UK. The staff are always super helpful and extremely efficient.

Rude member of staff thinks he knows everything when he can’t even process a simple fuel voucher. He even told the person who deals with it and telling how to process it is wrong and he knows best. Official complaint held to post office as he is contractually obliged to take fuel vouchers from Citizens Advice. Pompous... read full comment
