Didn’t believe the other one star review, but yes - very rude and dismissive customer service. I asked if they sell a HDMI to USB C cable (the wall next to their desk is lined with HDMI cables). The response was “nothing” (which didn’t even make sense) and then “order online”. Back to Amazon it is.

Local company with fabulous of knowledge of the products which could not find anywhere else. Consequently got Kilworth to fit a new Sonos system to for the house to replace an old one.Superb service to fantastic installation by Tom.Highly recommend Kilworth.
