The are the most unfrendly company. My Numbers plate was scamed about 3 years ago end they tanked diesel in Birmingham without patine. I called police and Silvestru the issue. COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT STAFF AND EXTREMELY RUDE. Went to pick up my parcel, none of them knew how to use the machine to scan the barcode and instead of having the common sense to work it out they screamed at me to get out of their shop.
