there is always a line at the only till that takes cash and gives tobacco n alcohol. On the side of 11 (almost) always empty automatic card-only check outs…. They just refurbished the store and kept this inconvenient layout

Hello Tesco people want real people to serve them. Only one person on the tills and plenty of empty self serves with a queue of people shows what people really want. Hire more serving staff and tell the staff that serving customers should be a priority.
