I asked for a caramel Machiato in the till and the guy forgot to give a sticker for the lady doing the coffee. Complained and they asked me for proof of transaction... What a joke I the end they give me a super large cup.... well

Served by an abrasive, disinterested woman who wasn't listening to what I asked for so got my order wrong three times, she also made a point of telling the next customer that she couldn't understand what he was saying, and then "educating" him that short means tall... what the hell?
