The A/C system cannot deal with the volume of people who visit the gym. It is incredibly hot at all times, and unbearably hot for cardio at peak times.

The members of staff are pleasant. Everyone is friendly, including the gym members. There's a family atmosphere about the place, where everyone looks out for each other.
