I come to collect my parcels from Zara. I used my preferred name on the parcels, and they said my name doesn’t match. I can provide my purchase information and bank statement. The owner of this Post Office with severe strabismus just started shouting at me when he gave me the wrong postage label for my parcel. I politely asked him to stop shouting, I have a heart condition. He became more aggressive. My blood pressure is now dangerously high from the event and I’m recovering from a stroke.... read full comment
