Friday lunch, a branch in a busy area with offices, restaurants and people, and they have 2 people working only. They used tongave 4 counters, plus some private tables and now all cut down to 2.Prepare to wait for at 1-2 hour in the queue if you go here. Horrible for Lloyds

As a tourist, I was able to withdraw 500 pounds with my card at the ATM in this branch, which you can't do at every ATM in London. I was happy here ??
