My mum went in on the 24th March 2025 to buy dome clothing items as gifts and was missold & pressured in paying for Crep Wipes.
She went back today (31st March 2025) and was told they would not refund the item under any circumstance.

Terrible experience at JD Whitechapel. Went to shop several times and every time found same. The staff were rude and completely uninterested in helping customers especially the older guy who always stands around the entrance. Won’t be shopping here again. Avoid if you value good service!
