I really struggled to just buy a pair of trainers. i hate this shop and will never go in there again. There was a customer service assistant talking to another customer, so I made eye contact for help and waited. Then he just went off into the stock room. He came out I procceded to try and get help. Jeeeezzz literally the worst ‘customer service’- I got served by someone who clearly didn’t want to be there, I don’t think looked for some of the trainers I requested & just stared at me while I tried on. Also they don’t offer returns, so behind the retail market. So I didn’t buy, just bad
