Extremely disappointing customer services, in this day and culture how this can even exist???!!!

Lazy and clueless staff treating customers with contempt. I have been a Lloyds customer for over a decade and this is by far the worst branch I have been to. No wonder people prefer online banking nowadays.

I was seen by 3 people in an hour! They were friendly but the service shouldn't take that long. Lots of other people waiting, some gave up. Poor management of staff.
