I have never experienced such a bad customer service. Bought a pair of trainers, teenage staff not interested in serving with a rude attitude. They made us feel so uncomfortable, I wanted to run out of the shop and I did, will never return! No wonder there was hardly any customer there, understandable now.

If there is zero opportunity I would give it. My wife purchased a coat from your store. When we got home we saw it was torn however I took it to Croydon store. They said we cannot refund it we need to send it to inspection. And guess what inspection found it is my fault. I am so much stupid that I torn it and went to store... read full comment
