I didn't purchase on this date as I just went to browse, but I had a chat with the store manager and he was very helpful and had very good product knowledge, he is well informed and knowledgeable on bikes and bike parts, as am IGood experience overall

Very poor service. I went this Saturday initially at 12.15pm to be told the repairman was on his one hour lunch break. I returned at 1.30pm, to find they had two people serving in the shop.
