Savita, in the shoe section of Elys, is fantastic. She was professional, efficient and very friendly and helped my 13 year old daughter find the perfect pair of shoes for an upcoming wedding. She also pointed us towards the best section of the store to find the perfect bridesmaid dress. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience at Lancôme and got served by such a lovely worker - Denise! I was genuinely so happy by how she treated me and took her time in explaining things about products ( she has so much background knowledge of her field, I adore it! ) Happy to see such lovely customer service at the Wimbledon branch

Placed an order online for a purse and the company cancelled the purchase due to the item being out of stock.The company needs to update the online website as this was a gift for my mum and now I have no time to purchase elsewhere
