I came to collect my prescription which was ready to collect. Ended up waiting more than half an hour as they couldn’t locate it. You need to sort your system out! No apologies or anything. Always long wait in this pharmacy. Disappointing service.

Always have to wait for ages even if there is no queue. Even if 4 staff seemingly chatting. One pharmacist, a man, a long while ago very rude, patronising zero customer service, and a 100% bad attitude. Do not work if you have a chip on your shoulder. Do not use this branch. Don't know why pharmacist get so offended when you correct them on a medication that they say requires a prescription when it does not. We wonder why the drs have unnecessary waiting times. Cyclizine is not a prescription only medication!!
