Worst customer experience! No help whatsoever and rude staff. Last time I collect anything from this store or buy anything from Argos.

AVOID ARGOS AT ALL COSTS. Especially this particular store. Awful customer experience. Rosemarie one of the rudest people I've ever met. Staff don't know their own returns policy as stated on the website and their system can't handle a basic return. I won't be using Argos again. And people why Amazon continues to thrive...
