Usually enjoy going to this store and spent over a £1000 there this summer. One of the items I bought turned out to have a stain on it - I took it back (with tag and receipt but unfortunately after return period) asking to exchange it for an I damaged one, only to have the staff basically say I may have stained the garment... read full comment
