Great Waitrose in the basement level, it might a take a few turns to find it in such big building complex, but its worth it, classic Waitrose with lots of delicious food, and also lots of staffed check outs, the way it should always be! Went in for a bottle of water and there was such a lovely cashier on the tills. I think her name was Maya. She was so smiley and gave us advice where to go in London (as we are not from here)!!

Visited 24.02 1pm looking for fine Spanish wines, couldn't find any, and so we were ready to leave. My wife asked for help and Ben showed us the selection, very knowledgeable, he wrapped the bottle for us, and we left happy! Exceeded expections, thanks
