I’ve bought an iPhone 15 pro max and not once has the 5G network been available in London and this store had no solution. Have accessed the 5G network in other countries with the same phone though

I had my phone stolen and I lost my number so I’ve ordered a new SIM CARD but this new SIM CARD came with a NEW number . Mihail (the sales clerk who took care of me) is absolutely amazing. He managed to save me £25 a month plus a practically free iPad. Overall service from start to finish was quite hassle free. Very helpful team.
