I'd give it a 0, they have a misleading rewards system. I had £9 off for signing up on my first purchase, I bought multiple items. I returned just one item due to horrible fitting, and it removed the £9 for me completely. I wasn't allowed to use it again and I basically didn't get my sing up reward at all. Shoutout to the personnel, especially the security guard, who helped me while I was feeling faint after giving blood. He made sure I had what I needed, kept an eye on me and made sure I got on a taxi safely. Very nice shop too, but people make the difference!
