Completely inept customer service with illogical routines in place with regarding to proving ones identify. Not the employees fault. But the company should consider customer experience and trust when ample evidence is provided.

I had an issue with my three account as I forgot one of the two phone numbers I had registered that I no longer use. I walked into the store near closing time but Zahir was very patient and helped me resolve the issue very efficiently. I received excellent customer service and I would recommend this three store in particular.
