I went there expecting it to be open at 10.00am ,only to find they haven't even open the shutters. The store manager was quite grumpy and not very professional. The person who served me wasn't very friendly and made mistake when I requested a refund on two products that I purchased online.

The policy of buy 2 get 1 free is really confusing in the store- I bought 2 make up products, 1 for £3 and the other one for £10. Once paying, I was led to believe I should get other of the same gloss since one is for free. Minus One Hundred appauling service Went into Superdrug 43 Tottenhamcourt Road Friday 24.01.25 at lunchtime to get a few things.
