Some Starbucks always make mistakes on charging unless you ask for a receipt. On this occasion, I asked for a receipt and they deducted 5 pence instead of 25 pence and it took 10 minutes to get a refund, and no apologies. Advertised 25 pence off for cups, but rarely deducting properly. Be careful their way to save cost.
