The actual sitting area - downstairs- is closed during the day, because let’s be honest the staff is lazy. This is ridiculous then what’s the point of starbucks renting that whole space?

I visit this branch regularly- check my royalty card or cctv- first the last month the downstairs is always closed. It’s only 14.30 and they close the downstairs. It’s pouring rain outside and there’s no where to sit because the lazy staff closed downstairs area.

The seating area is now NEVER open on a Sunday (at least). What is the point of a coffee shop when I can't sit down and have a conversation? I went to the new Blank Street coffee opposite to it.
