I ordered 3 pairs of Ugg boots from Schuh, one of them was damaged so they refunded me and asked me to return them. I did find this odd as usually companies will not refund you until they receive the item back. Anyway, I decided to return all 3 pairs of boots and packed them very thoroughly in a large mailing bag.
