Rang the store for ten minutes, no answer. Got there and there were about eight people standing around. Too busy to answer a customer call? I think not. Lousy.

Terrible staff. More specifically, a terrible store manager (by Reiss standards).I understand that policies have constraints, but these are usually flexible depending on the context, especially for regular customers (which the manager could have easily checked with my email, had he wanted to).The one time I wanted to return... read full comment
