I recently acquired the subscription unfortunately the Bond Street branch offers only one vegan item which is the wrap very disappointing while on the website there’s a wider range . When asked the person behind the counter told me they mostly do the vegetarian sandwiches….

I was charged £6 for a bottle of water this morning and I had to return to the shop for a refund. The cashier who served me did not help nor apologise for this. What is wrong with the morning team there? White haired girl never say drinks correctly so I wait longer then others, skinny milk is different and when you say just cappuccino is different… can someone explain this to her, please?
