NHS/BLUE LIGHT CARD 10% discount was only applied to the £5 gift box not the £115 gift set. I don't even want to give one star. The customer service has been appalling and I am still waiting a refund after the non-arrival of an item ordered on 20th November. I will not be shopping with Pandora again.

This is a review of pandora product. My children bought me a bangle approx 4 years ago. The clasp has broken and apparently it cannot be repaired. For an item costing £80 I find this unacceptable. Staff in the leamington store unable to help.Do not buy anything that has the potential to break!
