I had an Awful experience!!! The staff needs to have more knowledge and the right training. Nobody were able to give me the wright information.\\nI've just waisted my time and had to call customer service few times for something that I wasn't even eligible.

I had a lovely exchange with a staff member by the name of Maria. She dealt with my queries with the utmost professionalism and proceeded to reduce my contract to a sim only; stating all the relevant information I needed to know, in a clear and understandable way.
