On Tuesday I had my phone stolen, I went to NatWest Tottenham Court Road to cancel my cards and the staff were so lovely and helpful. The next day I received chocolates in the post with a lovely note. It felt so personal and I am so grateful for their help and kindness.

Terrible service. One counter open on a Monday morning. Tw people serving one customer. Clearly don’t have a clue what they’re doing. Kept me waiting for ages. Absolutely rubbish. Avoid.
