was waiting in the queue to be served only to be ignored by two ladies who were just talking to each other until management pointed me out, lack of care and bluntness when finally being addressed.

Short wait for a fraud report, but when I got to Gerri she was fast, friendly and effocient. Then got on the fraud phone line as directed and my money was refunded. Excellent!!

Seems not enough staffs so will need to wait for a bit. But very friendly and helpful.
