I love shopping at M&S... great products, great staff and reasonably priced items. A delight to spend time walking about shopping... in all its stores. Calm, clean and relaxing. Brilliant ethos for its customers, staff and produce too.

Some of Marks and Spencers Chocolates are made in unhygenic factories in Norfolk.The Staff at these factories are only allowed a 15 minute lunch break. And are sacked instantly if they do not obey this rule.I was sacked like this.
