So unfriendly and unhelpful - wouldn’t take my Yodel parcel (even when it met the parcel measurement requirement on Yodels website) - you are either a Yodel drop off location or not!You can’t make up your own rules.

I had a terrible experience in this shop, I went to send two parcels via Yodel and the two men behind the counter were extremely rude to me. I wasn’t given a receipt for one of the parcels and the person I was sending it to never received it because the shop didn’t process it correctly.
