Ridiculous service cashiers not serving their clients just busy between them selves

The bank is closing at 4 pm, apparently. It's 3:33 pm. I'm standing here for 10 minutes to then get told that they don't serve me because there are too many people waiting. Then change your closing time to 3:30 so people won't go there in the last half an hour and everybody gets served until 4. What a joke.
