I arrived to Lloyds as it was opening, unfortunately there were no Cashiers available however, Kim was able to help me. She was super super helpful and patient with me, exactly what was needed while there was little staff and systems were running low. Thank you !!

No cashiers available an hour before closing! Appalling customer service...and no I refuse to pay my cheque in via those machines.
