HSBC need to either close these sort of branches or smarten them up, including the people working there. As a global financial institution, you are losing credibility and trust with these tired, rundown branches.

Wait for counter service can often be between 30 minutes to an hour. Automated pay in here lost my money not once but twice. It’s embarrassing that an international bank has such poor facilities.

I had an excellent experience with Ana and HSBC. I'm a surgeon from abroad who will be working soon at UCLH, and I never imagined that opening a bank account would be so challenging. Thankfully, Ana made it work and created my account in just one day. I highly recommend HSBC to anyone new coming to London. Thank you again...
