Went there on 7th Sept. Why 5 stars? Staffs was efficient and doing their best . Extremely helpful. I think I was served by Rachel (may be wrong name). Anyway, awesome and Extremely helpful. I got all my stuff sorted out. And I can hear (very small branch right) other staff assisting other customer, which was very helpful...

Went in on Sunday and Jing was brilliant, sorted out my app kicking me out and my telephone banking. She was very friendly and professional and put me at ease :)

I would like to recommend a staff of HSBC of the Piccadilly Chinatown BranchWho assisted me to open a saving account. He was kind and professional. Much obliged to this wonderful HDBC staff.I cannot remember his name but dure his name starts with C
